Abstract
Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of benzetonium and its linear range.Methods A UV method was used to determine the benzetonium at 269nm.Results The concentration and absorption had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~0.3 mg/ml.The equation of relatiral regression was A=2.8005xC+0.0332 r=0.9997.The average recovery of benzetonium was100.01%,RSD=0.11%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
