Abstract

Comparison and analysis showed that the determination results of X-ray fluorescence method were greater than those of UV fluorescence method in 71.40% batches. The difference results in 85.47% batches were greater than the reproducibility difference requirement specified in standard, among which the greatest difference value reached-33.2mg/kg,3.13 times the corresponding reproducibility difference. Results of UV fluorescence method and factory inspection showed good reproducibility, whose mean difference was only 8.19mg/kg,while results of UV fluorescence method and factory inspection differed greatly, whose mean difference reached 23.24mg/kg,much greater than the reproducibility difference requirement specified in standard.
