The clinical analysis of guizhifuling capsule combined with mifepristone in treatment with uterine fibroids

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of guizhifuling capsule combined with mifepristone in treatment with uterine fibroids.Methods:From October 2008 to October 2009,102 cases of uterine fibroids patients were randomly classified into two groups,which observation group with 51 cases was treated with guizhifuling capsule combined with mifepristone and control group with 51 cases was only treated with mifepristone.The clinical effect,uterine volume,leiomyoma volume were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rates in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,uterine volume and leiomyoma volume were significantly decreased(P0.05)after treatment in both two groups.Moreover,the uterine volume and leiomyoma volume in observation group were significantly smaller than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Guizhifuling capsule combined with mifepristone in treatment with uterine fibroids can improve clinical effect and decrease uterine volume and leiomyoma volume,which can be applied in clinic.
