Efficacy of the Mifepristone and Guizhifuling capsules in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To explore of mifepristone joint Guizhifuling capsule treatment of uterine leiomyoma,provide further reference for the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with uterine fibroids diagnosed in January 2010 to 2012 in June,all the patients were divided into a study group of 36 patients,the control group,group of 32 patients under a hospital order.Study group were given to menstruation 1d the mifepristone and Guizhifuling oral capsule,mifepristone 10 mg per day the bedtime oral,Guizhifuling,capsule every four,three times a day,orally,March 1 course of treatment.Control group to mifepristone treatment dose with a course of 3 months.Were evaluated the clinical efficacy of treatment for 3 months,as well as before and after treatment,E2,uterine fibroids volume and uterine volume changes.Results The study group after treatment,3 cases,8 cases in the control group after treatment,the cure rate of the study group was 41.7%,although higher than that in the control group 34.4%,compared with the control group,the difference was not significant,the total study group efficiency up to 91.7%,significantly higher than the control group there were significant differences(χ2=4.923,P 0.05),E2 two groups before treatment,the size of myoma and uterine volume comparison results show no significant difference After 3 months of treatment,the study group and the control group E2 levels,size of myoma and uterine volume compared with before treatment significantly reduced and research groups E2,the size of myoma and uterine volume level than the control group decreased more significantly,The difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone and Guizhifuling,capsules more effective than treatment of uterine fibroids with mifepristone treatment effect,significantly reduced the volume of uterine fibroids,reduce the level of E2,worthy of promotion and application.
