Clinical Study of Mifepristone Combined with Guizhifuling Capsule in the Treatment of Uterine Myoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:86 cases with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into control group and experience group according to table of random number.Control group received routine treatment and mifepristone oral.Experience group were treated with Guizhi fuling capsule treatment.The course of treatment was 3 months.Clinical effect, the volume of uterus and hysteromyoma and serum sex hormone were compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment were 93.2% and 73.8% respectively in experience group and control group with significant difference(P0.05);Ultrasound showed that the volume of uterus and hysteromyoma after treatment in experience group were much less than those in control group(P0.05);comparison with control group,serum P,FSH,LH and E2 in experience group were much decreased(P0.05). Conclusion:Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids is better than that of mifepristone.
