Influence of SMI on the Curative Effect and Heart Rate Variability on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effects of shenmai injection in adjunctive treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure and influence on the heart rate variability.Methods: 123 cases of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(62 cases) was given conventional treatment: stringing heart,diuresis and expand blood vessel.The treatment group(61 cases) was given conventional treatment in addition to Shenmai injection(Shenmai injection 46～60 ml +5% gs 250 ml iv drip qd for 14 days).The rate of general curative effect and the heart rate variability were observed respectively.Results: The rate of general curative effect of the two groups were67.7% and 88.5% respectively.The treatment group is more effective than the control group(P0.05).The heart rate variability of the treatment group was magnificently higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: Shenmai injection in adjunctive treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure has the significant curative effect and can improve the heart rate variability.
