Abstract

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Shenmai on bradycardia arrhythima in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The treatment group's patients were 118,with shenmai injection 40 ml+5%G.S 250 ml IV drip,patients with cardiac infarcation from first day to third day(24 h continuous use);Control groups:patients was 112 with frequent treatment(nitriteasprit).Result:The effective rate was 83.56% in the treatment group,51.25% in the control group,there were significantly different between them(P0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that Shenmai can significantly treat bradycardia arrhythima patients with coronary heart disease.
