Clinical observation of shenmai injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of shenmai injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 60 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the treatment group was added with shenmai injection bases on the control group.The clinical effect and electrocardiogram curative effect of 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(95%) was higher than that of the control group(73.3%) in terms of clinical effect,while the total effective rate of treatment group(91.7%) was higher than that of the control group(75.0%) in terms of electrocardiogram curative effect,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion It was effective to treat heart failure of coronary heart disease by shenmai injection.
