Effect analysis of clinical nursing pathway applied in patient with gastric cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patient with gastric cancer surgery. Methods 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer undergoing elective surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine care,the observation group was received clinical nursing pathway.The hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,disease recognition rate and nursing satisfaction rate in two groups was compared respectively. Results The hospitalization time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,hospitalization cost in observation group was less than that in control group,with statistical difference(P0.05).Grasp the health knowledge level,the degree of compliance and nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway applied in patient with gastric cancer undergoing elective surgery has exact effect.It can significantly reduce hospitalization time and cost,improve effect of health education and nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
