Application of clinical nursing pathway of patients with acute hepatitis E

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in acute hepatitis E(AHE).Methods 40 patients with AHE were equally randomized into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group received clinical nursing pathway while the patients in the control group received routine nursing.Hospitalization time,hospital costs and satisfaction were compared of the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and costs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.Satisfaction was higher in the observation group.The result revealed that the difference was significant between two groups.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can shorten the hospitalization time,lower costs and improve the satisfaction of patients.
