Abstract

[Objective]To determine the content of metal elements in Mountain Green Tea and its extraction liquid,so as to provide reference basis for its further development.[Method]Mountain Green Tea samples were digested by wet digestion and soaked by Deionized water. The contents of Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).[Result]The contents of metal elements in Mountain Green Tea were MnMgFeZnCuNiCr;The recoveries of standard addition of various experimental elements were 95.05%-101.63%;and their relative standard deviation were 1.67%-4.07%.The extraction rate changed with time. The optimum digestion time was 30 min.[Conclusion]Determination of metal element contents in Mountain Green Tea by FAAS iss feasible and reliable.
