Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to determine the content of metal elements in Puer tea using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).[Method] Puer tea samples were broken and dried,and then were digested by mixtures of HNO3 and HClO4 by wet digestion.And the content of K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Na,Cu,Zn,Cr and Ni were determined by FAAS.[Result] The contents of 10 kinds of metal elements in Pure tea were KCaMgMnFeNaCu ZnCrNi.The recoveries of standard addition of various experimental elements were 98.56%-103.02%.And their relative standard deviation were 1.07%-2.97%,with the accuracy and precision according to the requirements.[Conclusion] Determination of metal element contents in Pure tea by FAAS was feasible.
