Abstract
Taking nitric acid plus hydrogen peroxide as digestive solution, through adopting the method of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS) with microwave digestion, this study determined the contents of 6 kinds of trace elements(Se,Fe,Mn,Zn,Mg,Cu) in Shangluo green teas from different producing areas. The results showed that the standard-adding recovery rates of determined 6 trance elements were from 98.30% to 102.40%.The relative standard deviations in the determination of these trace elements ranged from 0.73% to 2.81%.Through determination by this method, the contents of Se,Fe,Mn,Zn,Mg and Cu in green tea samples were 2.63 ~ 5.23,96.86 ~ 112.21,193.44 ~ 231.18,56.34 ~ 73.15,164.53 ~ 183.92,and 11.62 ~17.11 μg/mL respectively.
