Abstract

Mountain green tea samples were digested by wet digestion, and soaked by deionized water. The contents of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Metal elements in mountain green tea were MnFeZnCuNi,the additional standard recoveries for various elements were 95.32%—101.63%,and their relative standard deviation were 1.67%—3.83% with accuracy and precision according with the requirement. The contents of elements are often different with different extraction time, and extraction solution for 30 minute has highest contents, and more contents of metal elements in tea′s first immersed compared with that in repetitive soak. The method for determination of metal elements contents in mountain green tea by FAAS was feasible, and result was reliable.
