Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Pantoprazole and Famotidine combined with Mosapride for reflux esophagitis. Methods 80 cases of reflux esophagitis admitted and treated in our hospital from Mar 2013 to Jan 2014 were assigned to two groups according to the treatment methods: the treatment group(40 cases) given Pantoprazole combined with Mosapride and the control group(40 cases) given Famotidine combined with Mosapride. The efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed after treatment for 8 weeks. Results When comparing the clinical efficacy,29,10 and 1 case of the treatment group had significant efficacy, efficacy and no response respectively, with total effective rate of 97.5%;13,17 and 10 cases of the control group had significant efficacy, efficacy and no response respectively, with total effective rate of 75.0%, with statistical significance(P 0.05). When comparing the efficacy observed under gastroscopy,26,12 and 2 cases of the treatment group were cured, improved and ineffective respectively, with effective rate of 95.0%;17,11 and 12 cases of the control group were cured, improved and ineffective respectively, with effective rate of 70.0%,with statistical significance(P 0.05).When comparing adverse reactions, the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with Mosapride has better efficacy for reflux esophagitis than Famotidine combined with Mosapride, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
