42 cases of reflux esophagitis effect of mosapride combination therapy with rabeprazole

Objective Research and discussion mosapride combination therapy with rabeprazole reflux esophagitis effect experience. Methods Selected 84 cases in February 2008 to February 2013 came to our hospital for treatment of reflux esophagitis patients, then evenly divided into two groups, the treatment group were given rabeprazole Mosapride joint, control group was given method famotidine mosapride. Under the efficacy of endoscopic and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Both the clinical efficacy and endoscopic efficacy of the treatment group, were significantly better than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion For patients with reflux esophagitis treatment given mosapride combined with rabeprazole, not only the treatment effect is very significant, and very convenient way of taking, worthy of promotion to the appropriate clinical use.
