The clinical efficacy of the treatment of esomeprazole combined with mosapride for 92 cases of patients with esophagitis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of esomeprazole combined with mosapride for patient with esophagitis.Methods Ninety-two cases of reflux esophagitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group were given esomeprazole and mosapride and the control group were given the austrian omeprazole and mosapride.The efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared after six weeks treatment.Results After the end of treatment,the clinical symptoms and endoscopic examination results of experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of esomeprazole combined with mosapride for patient with esophagitis is excellent and should be given to the promotion certainly.
