Abstract
[Objective] To obtain high-quality DNA from Atractylodes macroephala.[Method] Selecting fresh leaf of A.macroephala,broken cell wall,CTAB and SDS method were adopted to conduct DNA isolation and purification.[Result] The results showed that OD value by using improved CTAB method is 1.8-1.9,which is higher than OD value 1.5-1.6 by using improved SDS method.[Conclusion] DNA concentration and purification by using CTAB method is higher,which can be used as templet in subsequent molecular markers.
