Abstract
[Objective]To get the best method of DNA extraction from Caperberries(Capparis spinosa L.).[Method] CTAB method,SDS-CTAB method,SDS method and Urea method were used to extract genomic DNA from the leaves of 3 species of Caperberries.[Result]The extracted DNA samples were tested using A260/A280,agarose gel electrophoresis.The difference in purity,integrity,yield,time consumption of the obtained DNA were compared with one another.[Conclusion]CTAB method was the best one of the four methods.
