Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound tripterygium particles combined with testosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. Methods:In experiment group, there were 22 patients with aplastic anemia treated by compound tripterygium particles combined with testosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A.In control group, there were 18 patients treated by estosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A.Then the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The total efficiency of experiment group was 81.8%,compared with 50.0% of the control group. The difference was significant(P0.05).White blood cell, hemoglobin and platelet count of experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Compound tripterygium particles combined with testosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A can play synergistic effect, accelerate the improvement of symptoms, and improve the curative effect in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.
