Abstract
Objective To study the curative effect contrast between cyclosporin A with Testosterone undecanoate and Testosterone undecanoate only in the treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods Forty patients with aplastic anemia were selected from September 2008 to May 2010 in our hospital, and were divided into treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=20), the treatment group was treated with Cyclosporin A and Testosterone undecanoate, and the control group was treated with Testosterone undecanoate only. Results The total effective rate of the contral group and the treatment group were 65% and 85%, respectively (χ2=4.266 7, P0.05). The adverse reaction of the control group and the treatment group were 25% and 20%, respectively (χ2=0.286 7, P0.05). Conclusion The method of using Cyclosporin A with Testosterone undecanoate for aplastic anemia is much more superior to the traditional method of using Testosterone undecanoate only, And it is worthy of clinical application.
