The Clinical Observation of Cyclosporin A Combined with Stanozolol Used in Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cyclosporin A combined stanozolol treated in chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods All 52 cases chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group:a single treatment with stanozolol,the observation group were based on combined cyclosporine,to compare the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,and to observe the changes of peripheral blood neutrophils,hemoglobin,reticulocyte and platelet.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 76.9%,it was higher than the control group(53.8%)(P0.05).After treatment,neutrophils,hemoglobin,reticulocytes,platelets was significantly improved and compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly improved than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Cyclosporin A combined with stanozolol used in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia is reliable,safe,and it should be widely promoted and applications.
