The observation of the efficacy and safety of cyclosporin A in aplastic anemia

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of cyclosporin A in aplastic anemia. Methods The clinical data of 46 cases of aplastic anemia patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different methods of treatment,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group( n = 23). The clinical efficacy,peripheral blood cell values,and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results 6 months after treatment,the the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91. 30%,significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group of 78. 26%,P0. 05. The Hb,WBC,the BPC of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment,and treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,P 0. 05. Incidence of adverse reaction in both groups,there were no significant difference( P0. 05). Conclusion The cyclosporin A in the treatment of aplastic anemia patients is with higher safety,and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
