Abstract

The essence of the confrontation between level and elite carried out in the reformation of Korean basic education is the counterwork among universal education,fair education,personalized education and characteristic education.The problems they want to solve are also the ones Chinese people are eager to solve.Therefore,the experience they get is the helpful for Chinese people to solve the problems about fairness and quality in the present basic education.
