Abstract

Adopting with regular professional training methods and core strength, the special strength training methods, this paper to has an experiment on the professional swimming athletes of Tianjin team and compares training effects to turn strength training with different strength training methods. Research shows that core strength and special turn strength training not only can improve power strength, static strength, power, speed, but also can improve the body's balance, which is of great help to improve the long-distance freestyle turn speed and the effect is very obvious.
