Abstract
[Objective]To provide platform for the domestication and transgene research of Leptopyrum fumarioides.[Method]The effects of explants type,plant growth regulator type and concentration ratio on the callus induction and adventitious buds differentiation of this species were studied.[Results]With the leaves as the explants,the optimized callus induction medium was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 3.0 mg/L,and the optimized medium for the differentiation of adventitious buds was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 1.0 mg/L.
