Treatment of 60 Cases of Neonatal Jaundice with Probiotics,YinZhiHuang Oral Liquid and Blue Light Irradiation

Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical effects of probiotics,YinZhiHuang oral liquid and blue light irradiation in treating neonatal jaundice.Method: All 120 cases were allocated into the control group and the observation group equally.Both groups received anti-infection,nutritional support,heat preservation and blue light irradiation.The observation group took probiotics and YinZhiHuang oral liquid.Result: Total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 68.3% and 96.7%,comparison of both groups demonstrated statistical difference(P0.05).Both groups were improved significantly after treating in TBIL,DBIL and jaundice fading time(P0.05),and the observation group improved greater than the control group(P0.05).The observation group improved greater than the control group in life quality score after treating(P0.05).Conclusion: Treatment for neonatal jaundice with probiotics,YinZhiHuang oral liquid and blue light irradiation could gain significant clinical effects,which could improve TBIL,DBIL,jaundice fading time and life quality.
