Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang Liquid in treating breast milk jaundice.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 92 cases were treated with Yinzhihuang Liquid and control group in which 86 cases were treated by blue light therapy,with a course of 7 days.Results The clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05).After treatment,the level of serum bilirubin decreased significantly in the treatment group(P0.01),and insignificantly in the control group(P0.05),with a significant decrease in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Yinzhihuang Liquid is quite effective for breast milk jaundice.
