On the Administrative Reform of the New Political Period in Late Qing Dynasty

As the third reform of late Qing dynasty,the administrative reform of the New Political Period was an important mark of the political development and system innovation of late Qing dynasty.However,it ended in failure,which showed that administrative reform required both interior and exterior conditions.To discussing the administrative reform of late Qing dynasty can shed some light on the political reform nowadays.
