Qing Dynasty's Justice System Reform and the Modernization of Chinese Legal System

Qing Dynasty's reform of justice system concerns the aspects of law making the reference,independent institution,and principles.Although the reform is not mature with many shortcomings it is still an improvement considering the long tradition of law confusion.The reform,with independent judicial institution,offers a blueprint for the Nanjing temporary government and Beiyang warlord government.
