Abstract

Objective To discuss control effect of targeted nursing intervention in neurosurgical postoperative patient with nosocomial infection. Methods 367 cases of patients with operation in our neurosurgery department were divided into observation group(n=186)and control group(n=181).Routine nursing care was used in control group,on the basis of routine nursing care, targeted nursing intervention was used in observation group. The incidence rate of nosocomial infection, the incidence rate of hypoxemia and nursing satisfaction in two goups was compared respectively. Results The incidence rate of nosocomial infection in observation group was 5.9%,significantly lower than that in control group(12.7%), with statistical difference(P0.05).The incidence rate of hypoxemia in observation group was 9.7%,significantly lower than that in control group(21.5%),with statistical difference(P 0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was 84.4%,significantly higher than that in control group(61.3%),with statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention in neurosurgical postoperative patient with nosocomial infection can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection and the incidence rate of hypoxemia, improve patient′s nursing satisfaction.
