Abstract
To make the document and information digital and network is the only way to modernize the library, and the fast development of computerization, information and network facilitates the library modernization. The network of information, can optimize the resources and service, share all the information, increase the proportion of using books, free the traditional methods of management so as to render readers newer and wider service.
