Information Service in Library under Network Condition

Library should set up new concept of digital,network and personality service so that can gear to reader's need in information service under network environment.Meanwhile,need to emphasize foundation construction,to collocate information resource reasonably,and realize harmonious development in using practical and virtual information.Librarian should turn “keeper of traditional library into “guider of modern information,so that they can provide professional and special service.
