How to Develop and Use Information Resources in Libraries of Colleges Under Cyberspace

Development of network not only brings about unprecedented opportunities for library information service but great challenges. It has become a main problem how to make use of modern information technology to improve the utilization efficiency of document information and service level to meet the needs of teachers and students.
