Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibition of new drug-HY2006 on influenza virus.METHODS:The inhibitory effect of HY2006 on pathologic changes caused by influenza virus on MDCK cell line was observed by micro-cytopathic inhibiting assay, and the inhibitory effect of HY2006 on influenza virus was investigated by chick-embryo culture technique.RESULTS:The IC50 of HY2006 and ribavirin in inhibiting influenza on MDCK cell line were(271± 24) mg· L-1 and(405± 35) mg· L-1,respectively,and the therapeutic index(TI) were(13.68± 2.70) and(7.92± 1.03) respectively.ED50 of HY2006 in inhibiting influenza in chick embryo was significantly lower than that of ribavirin((1.48± 0.68) g· L-1 vs.(7.57± 1.28) g· L-1)) CONCLUSIONS:HY2006 has significant inhibitory effect on MDCK cells and chick embryo culture, and the effect appears stronger than that of ribavirin.
