Abstract
Obiective Studies on the level of serum PAB,TF,ALB for the diagnosis of chronic renal insufficiency. Methods Two groups were recruited in this study:health group(n=50),chronic renal insufticiency group(n=141).PABTF was quantitatively analyzed by turbidilnetry immunoassay method,ALB was quantitatively analyzed by BCG.Results the differences of PAB and TF were significant difference between health group and each phase chronic renal insufficiency group(P0.05),the differences of ALB were not difference between health group and the substitutional phase chronic renal insufficiency group, but there were also significant difference between health group and the other phases. Conclusions The level of serum PAB,TF and ALB was more significant to predict and diagnose chronic renal insufficiency, and PAB and TF were more sensitive than ALB.
