Abstract
In order to study the clinical value of combined measurement of Alb, IgG and β 2-MG in urine in early diagnosis and determining the involved area for children with renal disease, urinary Alb,IgG and β 2-MG were measured by radioimmunoassay in 131 children with renal disease. The results showed that the levels of Alb,IgG and β 2-MG in acute nephritis group and nephrotic syndrome group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 0.01);in nephrotic syndrome group, the level of β 2-MG was significantly higher than that in the control and nephritis group( P 0.01). So,combined measurement of Alb,IgG and β 2-MG in urine could be useful to reflect the renal damage in early stage and distinguish between glomerular and tubular damage.
