Theoretical analysis of students' evaluation of teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities

Abstract

Teaching quality is the lifeline for the survival and development of higher education.Students' evaluation of teaching is effective in improving the teaching quality.Classroom teaching quality of directly determines the overall level of teaching.The essence of the validity of the students' evaluation lies in that the teachers can play their initiative of teaching to the full through joining the students' evaluation of the teaching.In this essay,the author makes a basically theoretical comparison of the validity of students' evaluation of the teaching,analyzes the implication of their assessment,and further probes into the values and significances.
