Abstract

Students' evaluation of teaching is one of the aspects of class teaching evaluation.It plays roles of inspection,guidance,encouragement and supervision in teaching management,and has been brought into schools' teaching management as necessary segment of teaching quality evaluation in higher schools.It works efficiently in the process of practical teaching.Factors such as teaching peculiarity,students' knowledge level,learning motivation and personal likes and dislikes influence the efficiency of students' evaluation of teaching.By analyzing these factors and considering corresponding measures for improvement,the deviation of students' evaluation of teaching will be lessened,and the work of teaching evaluation will go further.
