Abstract

The evaluation of teachers’ teaching by students in colleges and universities constitutes an important of teaching work, and serves as an effective measure in the management of teaching. The evaluation will surely have a profound influence on teaching reform, the improvement of teaching quality, and the comprehensive abilities of the college student, the construction of study styles and so on. However, some problems exist in the evaluation work and ask for immediate settlement .
