Tissue Culture Techniques for Chrysanthemum

Abstract
The optimum medium formulation for bud induction,propagation and root generation for chrysanthemum were obtained by tissue culture experiments.The procedure was as follows: using flower buds as explants,the multiple shoots were induced in MS+BA 0.1 mg/L medium,propagated in MS+BA 0.1 mg/L,then the roots were generated and seedlings were strengthened in 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L medium,finally,seedlings for production were produced.
