Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare the pharmacoeconomics outcome of three schemes in treating Bronchopneumonia in children.METHODS A retrospective study was conducted on the cost-effectiveness of cephathiamidin(group A),cefuroxime sodium(groupB)and ceftriaxone sodium(group C)in treatment of children's bronchopneumonia.RESULTS The costs for groupA,B and C were 2346.40 yuan,2659.70 yuan and 3020.50 yuan, respectively;the effective rates stood at 95.74%,92.16% and 91.67%,respectively(P0.05),and the cost-effectiveness ratio were 2450.80,2885.96 and 3294.97,respectively.CONCLUSION Scheme A was superior among the three.
