Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Three Therapeutic Schemes in Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Children

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the pharmacoeconomics of 3 therapeutic schemes in treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Method: The cost-effectiveness of cefotaxime sodium(A group),penicillin(B group) and Cephazolin sodium(C group) in treatment of bronchopneumonia in children was analysed retrospectivly.Result: The cost of A,B,C group were 2291.00 yuan,2079.94 yuan and 2214.40 yuan respectively,and their total effective rate were 92.86%,85.71% and 88.10%(P0.05) respectively.The ratio of cost-effectiveness were 24.67,24.26 and 25.13.The sensitiveness analysis showed the results was reliable.Conclusion: The therapeutic schemes of gorup B was best.
