Abstract

The purpose of the study is to explore possible regulatory paths in rural collective land circulation basing on analysis of the current situations and problems of China's rural collective construction land. Methods of Empirical analysis and normative analysis were employed. The results show that rural land circulation in some pilot areas has in some degree broken through the regulations of the current Land Management Law. Therefore,a national legislation must be conducted to manage this. It is concluded that the legalization,democracy and marketization measures are path selections to regulate rural collective land circulation for construction.
