Abstract
The key of strengthening the management of rural collective construction land circulation to promote the perfect of its circulation system lies in revising the related laws and regulations,clearing the land property rights,defining the condition and range of land circulation,determining the circulation ways and time,standardizing the land circulation procedure,perfecting the distribution system of circulation profit,establishing the collective construction land evaluation and trading systems,and unified managing the land use.
