On The Current Situation,Problems and Strategies of Circulation on Land Used for Collective Building in the Countryside of China

Based on the land ownership and land market economic theory,this paper analyzes the related problems existing in the circulation process of construction of China's rural collective land by the systematic theory approach.It also provides the corresponding solutions————proposing national laws and regulations as soon as possible;clearing the main body and powers of collective land's ownership and the interest distribution from land for collective construction as well as the circulative condition,form and time limits of construction of China's rural collective land.
