Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia applied to painless gastroscopy. Methods All selected subjects were randomly divided into GroupⅠ(propofol)and GroupⅡ(propofol combined with remifentanil)of the 80 cases, application of statistical methods to compare the two groups before the inspection, examination, examination of the heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)changes, and the total propofol consumption, recovery time, nausea, vomiting, cough, body movement and other adverse reactions. Results Group Ⅱin the mirror inserted HR,MAP no significant change, and the total amount of propofol group was significantly less than groupⅠ,group Ⅱwas significantly shorter recovery time in groupⅠ,groupⅡpatients nausea, vomiting, cough, body movement and other adverse reactions than groupⅠ(P0.05).Conclusion Propofol used remifentanil anesthesia painless gastroscopy good, worthy of promotion and application.
