Clinical Observation of Propofol with Remifentanil Anesthesia in Painless Gastroscopy

Abstract

Objective:To observe the influence of propofol with remifentanil on circulation,respiratory function and anesthesia effect undergoing painless gastroscopy.Method:100 patients were divided into two groups with 50 each group. Propofol was used only in the control group.Proplfol with remifentanil were used in the observation group.The dosage,MAP and SpO 2 were compared in two groups.Result:The total dosage of propofol and the awaking time in observation group were reduced than those in control group( P 0.05).The decrease of MAP,SpO 2 in control group were obviously decreased than those in observation group( P 0.05).Conclusion:Propofol with remifentanil anesthesia has the synergistic effect of conscious-sedation and analgesia,and can reduce the total dosage of propofol,shorten the awaking time,is worth to spread to use.
