Abstract

[Objective]The aim was to study the optimal proliferation culture way of the clustered buds of Dendrobium candidum stem.[Method] The effects of different basic culture mediums,plant growth regulator types and concentrations,organic additives and culture time on the clustered buds proliferation of D.candidum were studied by using stem segments as explants.[Result]MS medium was better than 1 /2MS,B5 and N6;banana could significantly promote the differentiation of the clustered buds;the proliferation times of clustered bud were highest when it was cultured 60 days,and the growth potential was strong.[Conclusion]The best proliferation medium of clustered buds was MS + 6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+ banana 100 g / L + activated carbon 0.5 g / L,and the culture time was better to be 60 days.
