Abstract
[Objective] To screen out the best medium for the induction and proliferation of A.xingrensi.[Method] The stem of wild A.xingrensi was used as explants to be cultured on the MS basic culture medium dosed with different concentration of 6-BA and NAA to induce clustered buds for quick proliferation.[Result] MS was the best culture medium.2.0-3.0 mg/L 6-BA could improve the induction of clustered buds.1.0 mg/L 6-BA together with 0.1 mg/L NAA could promote elongation of the buds. The best sucrose concentration was 25 g/L.[Conclusion] The best culture medium for proliferation of clustered buds was MS+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+25 g/L sucrose.
